Due to an increased number of last minute cancellations and no show clients we have had to introduce a cancellation and no show policy.

Sometimes it is unavoidable, things happen, and we will always try to be understanding and accommodating however we ask to please give as much notice as possible when cancelling appointments. Please consider that our stylists are all self employed and are sometimes unable to fill appointments at short notice.

We will kindly ask that no show appointments are paid for in full.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at 30% of your total appointment cost.

Repeated no shows or cancellations may result in a 50% deposit being taken upon booking.
